Vestmanna Tourist Centre houses the only wax museum in the Faroe Islands, the new SagaMuseum. Through 17 very life like figures, placed in very realistic surroundings you can follow the history of the Faroe Islands from the very first settlers came and up to more recent days.
You can buy access to the museum at a reduced rate when you buy your ticket to the boat tour.
The museum is open every day in the summer from 9 am to 5 pm.
